Welcome to St. John Neumann Catholic School! It is an honor and a blessing to be the principal here at the home of the Mustangs!
I, myself, am a product of the Diocese of Harrisburg's schools having attended elementary school at St. Joseph School in Dallastown and graduating from York Catholic High School. I received my Bachelor of Science in Education from York College of Pennsylvania. I have been fortunate to have spent my entire teaching career within the Catholic school system. I have enjoyed teaching every grade from PK to Grade 8, except for 4th! I have also had the thrill of coaching many levels of basketball and softball in our Crusader Youth Athletic Association program. And, considering that my three adult children have all attended Catholic schools for their PK-Grade 12 education, it is safe to say that my career, and my life, have been devoted to Catholic Education.
My spare time is filled with visiting my children and four grand dogs, hiking, crafting and enjoying each day God has given me. I am looking forward to the beginning of a new school year, meeting you and continuing the rich traditions rooted in our school.Dear Lord, make me selfless as St. John Neumann was. Throughout my life, give me the grace to direct my first thoughts to the service of You and of others. Make my prayer “Your will be done,” knowing that in Your mercy and love, Your will for me is my sanctification. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
