Miss Alton was raised in Lancaster and is a graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School. It is there, while visiting her mother's classroom at a young age, that Miss Alton knew she wanted to become a teacher. She says she always felt a sense of home in the classroom and she has seen the impact her mother has had on her students, and it is now her dream to have that same influence on her students. She is excited to get to know her new class of students and families and to continue to work with such talented and supportive educators. Miss Alton enjoys spending free time with her family, her boyfriend and the true love of her life, her golden retriever Harley! You may also find her in the Starbucks drive thru getting her daily dose of coffee. The quote that she strives everyday to live by is to walk by faith and not by sight.
