Clearances
Any person who desires to volunteer with the school is required to complete all necessary documentation and clearances per the Diocesan Youth Protection program. Linda Gowarty in the Parish office would be happy to help you if you have questions.

If you have purchased items for a PTO event and have receipts for reimbursement, please complete the PTO Reimbursement Form, attach the receipts and send them to Stephanie Mazur in the school office.

Request for Travel
Attendance at school is critical for student growth; however, we recognize that there are times a student may be absent for a short period of time due to a family trip. The Request for Travel form should be submitted to the school as soon as possible, no later than one week before the trip.

Uniform Policy
The appearance and attire of our students is of utmost importance. Research has shown that student behavior, attitudes and effective learning improve when students are dressed appropriately. School is not primarily social and fashionable in nature and students need to see their school uniform as different and more “professional” than their “play” clothes.
Students are expected to present a neat and clean appearance, and to have their uniform clothing marked with their names. Uniforms are mandatory for grades 1-8 and are to be worn from the first day to the last day of school in accordance with the school’s uniform policy. Parents/guardians will be notified of exceptions.

The school year is divided into two uniform seasons: Spring/Fall and Winter. Students come to school on the first day dressed in the Spring/Fall Uniform; Winter Uniform season begins on Monday, November 4, 2024; and Spring/Fall Uniform season returns on Monday, March 31, 2025.

Uniform Exchange
We are grateful to families who have donated gently-used, freshly-laundered uniforms which other families are able to benefit from. School families are able to shop the uniform exchange any time the school office is open. The uniform exchange inventory is also presented at the Back to School Social in August.
